  I absolutely love it here! Great for family, drinks with friends, or even just solo! Service is fantastic, food is beyond quality, and prices are fantastic! Their lunch menu is awesome! We go often but will start frequenting more often, we missed it! This is the only Rosati's we go to, the otters are trash!

  This used to be our favorite pizza place for real Chicago pizza, but with rising prices, it's been a while since we were here. The first thing I noticed was the lack of tablecloths and my reaction was, "uh oh, cost-saving​ measure."
  
  Our stuffed pizza takes about 45 minutes to cook, so we started with appetizers. The $5 fries contained $1 worth of food. There were, literally, 30-40 pieces of french fries in the basket. When we asked about this, we were told, "Yes, that's what you get." That's 12.5 cents PER FRY or 8 fries for $1! Not cool. Potatoes are cheap enough that fries should always be a "ginormous" portion.
  
  The onion rings we ordered did have a decent amount in the order​ but didn't taste all that great. My wife got the salad, which was good, as was the ranch dressing.
  
  The stuffed pizza came out burnt and dry. There was so little sauce on top that it was dried and hard. Seriously, it was hard! And BURNT! Unless you're at one of those coal or wood oven pizza places, where burnt is "charming," you never -- NEVER -- serve burnt pizza.
  
  The thin crust pizza wasn't as bad, but I ordered extra sauce, and the waitress even came back and clarified that with me. Not only was there no extra sauce, there was hardly any sauce at all. Additionally, the amount of sausage on all of the pizzas was minimal; about one-third of the usual amount. The overall taste of the pizzas was lacking, as well. I don't know if it was old ingredients or what, but when you pay almost $60 for two pizzas, you expect them to be awesome.
  
  Gone also were the custom printed boxes with the coupons on the tabs, but not surprising. Cost saving measures I understand; raising prices is just necessary sometimes. I don't really need table cloths and boxes with coupons, but cost saving should never encroach on the quality of the food because that's what keeps people coming back. Once that drops, you've lost.
  
  Goodbye Rosati's - we are crossing you off our trusted list where you've held the position for 20 years.

  Made the mistake of ordering this place hoping they got their act together. They haven't. Sad to see, a once reputable place for good pizza take such a nose dive. Customer service... let's just say I feel sorry for anyone that wakes up so pissed off that they ruin everyone's day that they come in contact. Worst customers service, still. Guessing the owner could care less about this place based on how it is run.
  
  Burnt pizza went into the trash after one piece. Will never be back.

  Only because it won't let me put negative stars. Rude management, crappy service and screwed up pizza just to name a few things wrong with this place. Waited over an hour for a messed up pizza. I won't come to this place ever again!!!

  This was the worse experience of my life. The owner's sister was the worse waiter I have ever had. I heard her talking to a customer on the phone, and she was screaming in front of everyone. She is the most unprofessional, rude, bully I have ever met. She made us feel uncomfortable, and honestly ruined our day, and our experience there. The place was not clean, the Bathrooms, tables, dishes, ere dirty. I can't imagine the kitche being clean, if they do not care about the customers. And they do not care about keeping the place clean. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
